The Process
Step 1
Consultation
Starting off with a consultation helps us understand your needs as a client and what pain points are in your current IT infrastructure. If you already have an MSP, then we work to understand what you’re looking for in a new MSP relationship.
Step 2
Network Assessment
After the initial consultation, we perform a network assessment to better understand your network as a whole. We look at the physical equipment, the software and the network's overall security to see what the best course of action should be.
Step 3
Transition
After your Network Assessment, it’s time to begin the transition period. Any and all documentation and information from your previous IT consultants / service providers is gradually switched over while we schedule a new monthly and quarterly review cycle.
Step 4
Monthly Service
After the transition stage is complete, we jump right to work on whatever your monthly needs may be. When this occurs, our time might be spent on employee IT support, server management, strengthening network security, etc., or whatever else meets your needs.
Additional Services
Sometimes a one time need arises in a business that is not part of the predetermined monthly services. These are additional services that will be billed by the project. These additional services can be things like:
